Our letting week runs from Saturday to Saturday ; arrivals from 5.00 pm, departures by 10.30 am. Short Breaks can start on any day of the week but are only available outside of school holiday periods. A provisional booking can be taken by telephone and held for several days (not normally for more than five). Please e-mail or 'phone us to check whether your prefered dates are available. A deposit should confirm your reservation as soon as possible (this is especially important for holidays during Peak season). Please note that this deposit is non- refundable in the event of cancellation. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance at the time of booking.

We usually require a deposit of 30% of the total rental unless you are taking advantage of our 5% discount offer when full payment of the rental is due upon booking. This discount offer only applies to those making a booking 20 weeks or more in advance of arrival. The balance of rental together with the refundable Breakages deposit of £150 per apartment rented plus the cost of any extras should reach us no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Full payment of the total cost of the holiday is due upon reservation for late bookings being made less than8 weeks before arrival. Breakage deposits are refunded by mail within two weeks of the client's departure less any deductions for breakages or cleaning. Please note that end of stay cleaning is not included in the rental. All clients are required to leave the accommodation clean and tidy upon departure.
