The
following prices are listed in £ Sterling GB and are per property per
week or per short break. They are inclusive of electricity, heating, gas and
bedlinen. Clients should bring their own personal towels and tea towels. Cots
and high chairs are supplied free of charge (one per property) but please bring
your own cot linen and blankets. For Kingfisher there is a
supplement for converting of the ground floor to group dining room £150.
A refundable deposit of £150 per apartment rented
is charged with all rental balances.

DISCOUNT
for full payment upon booking on condition that the reservation is being made
at least 20 weeks before arrival. The discount applies to stays of one week
and over only.

PEAK: 19th July to 30th August
HIGH: May Half Term, 14th June to 12th July, Xmas & New Year
MID: Easter plus the months of April, May, June (first two weeks) ,
September and October
LOW: Weeks not covered by above
The prices below are for stays of one week during Peak, High,
Mid and Low Seasons and for Short Breaks of 3 upto 5 nights. Please note that
Short Breaks are not normally available during Peak and High seasons or school holidays.
