Although the smallest of our apartments, “Woodpecker” still has a generous surface area of 63 M2 and sleeps four persons very comfortably. Situated in our barn conversion in the grounds of the mill, “Woodpecker” has two bedrooms (one double, one twin). Access is independent and this apartment has a private balcony overlooking the Fontaine St. Julien, a stream that traverses our property.

The entrance through a French door leads into an open-plan living / kitchen area of good proportions. Here the original character of the building has been preserved with exposed beams and stone walls. The high ceiling is warmly finished in pine complemented by parquet flooring in the kitchen area. The lounge and bedrooms are fully carpeted. Furnishings include a settee, easy chairs, coffee tables, dining table and colour T.V. with satellite reception (Free to air channels).

The kitchen has all the necessary amenities to cater for 4 people; a gas cooker (oven & grill), microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery and cooking utensils etc. There is one bathroom with a shower, W.C., wash-hand basin and washing machine. The apartment is centrally heated.
